Please note that our drop-in service in Hereford and our Telephone Advice Line will be closed on Monday 12th December.

Thursday 19th May - (03/05/2011)
Due to volunteer / staff training, the drop-in service at our Hereford office will be closed on Thursday 19th May.
If you have any appointments with us on this day, these will not be affected. Please ring the bell when you arrive to let us know you are here.
Monday Opening Hours - (28/04/2011)
We are pleased to announce that we are able to again open our Hereford face-to-face drop-in service on Mondays. Opening times are 10am - 3pm.
Temporary Changes to Monday Opening at Hereford - (14/02/2011)
Due to a shortage of volunteers we are currently unable to open our Hereford face-to-face drop-in service on Mondays.
Our Telephone Advice Line is not affected and will continue to operate from 10am to 3pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please be patient as this service is in heavy demand.
We apologise for this temporary closure and hope to resume our normal service as soon as possible.
