Weather Alert - Thursday - (07/01/2010)

The difficult travelling conditions are also affecting some of our services today. Our Hereford office will be operating a limited service and will only be able to deal with the most urgent enquiries. However, if you already have an appointment booked, this should not be affected. Our office will be closing at 5pm to allow our staff and volunteers to travel home safely.

Unfortunately our Bromyard outreach will not be open today as our volunteers have not been able to reach the venue.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience these closures have caused.

Weather Alert - Wednesday - (06/01/2010)

Due to the adverse weather conditions preventing our staff and volunteers from reaching our offices and outreaches our services throughout the county will unfortunately be closed today. Our telephone service is also affected meaning we will be unable to take any telephone calls.

If you had an appointment booked with us we will be trying to contact you individually to let you know.

We are very sorry that we have had to close and hope that you will understand that this is due to circumstances beyond our control. We will update this website with any changes.

New Website - (02/11/2009)

A long overdue update has been undertaken on our website which should now be much more informative and easier to access. Kington outreach moving - (02/11/2009)

After several years at our current venue our Kington outreach is moving just down the road to the new Kington Hub on Market Hall Street. For details of the outreach including a map to the new location click here .

Extended opening hours at our Hereford office

For several months now our Hereford office has been open until 7pm on Thursday evenings and our telephone service has been extended to Thursday afternoons/evenings (2-7pm). Hopefully this will make it easier for clients who are working to access our services.
